When it comes to therapy, there are many choices out there. You need a counselor that understands your needs and can tailor a therapy to benefit you and that will support your goals.

Here are just a small number of different therapies that we can use to help our clients reach their goals.
Reality Therapy:
The reality therapy approach to counseling and problem-solving focuses on the here-and-now actions of the client and the ability to create and choose a better future. Typically, clients seek to discover what they really want and how they are currently choosing to behave in order to achieve these goals.
Cognitive Based Therapy:
Is a type of psycho-therapeutic treatment that helps patients understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviors. CBT is commonly used to treat a wide range of disorders, including phobias, addictions, depression, and anxiety.
NLP( Neurolinguistic Programming):
Neurolinguistic programming is a way of communicating, created in the 1970s. It is often shortened to NLP. The discipline assumes there is a link between neurological processes, language and behavior. According to NLP, it is possible to achieve certain goals in life by changing one's behavior.
Hybrid Therapy:
As a counselor/psychotherapist, with many years in the field, plus all the real life experiences Bill has endured, he is able to make multiple therapies work together for the benefit of the client. This way the client gets a therapy tailored to their exact needs. Bill can intertwine them, switch from one to another depending on the clients present status and goals they are working on. With Abegweit Associates, you get more than just therapy, you get guidance and support to reach your goals that you have set for yourself. We are in your corner for this fight, and this is a fight you can win!
